Brifo runs as a native macOS app plus a cloud backend. When a meeting starts on your Mac, Brifo detects it automatically, captures the system audio locally, sends the transcript to the cloud for AI processing, and produces a structured note with:

  • Action items (one-click-filed to Jira, Linear, or OpenProject)
  • Per-attendee updates
  • A suggested follow-up email draft

Install

Brifo is free during the beta period on macOS (Apple Silicon). Install with one Terminal command:
